This is a blog mostly dedicated to the singer/songwriter/actor and all-around beautiful person that is Darren Criss. I'm a Klainer, as well as a Miarren shipper. My favorite shows are Glee, Pretty Little Liars and White Collar. RENT is my favorite musical. I teach. And I'm a proud woman of poise and purpose as an Alpha Sigma Alpha alumna.

"Date someone who would rather watch your favorite movie with you then go to a party on Friday night. Date someone who will share their food with you even though you said you didn’t want any. Date someone who will warm your hands in the winter and kiss your pink nose. Date someone who will text you they love you at 2am and at 9pm. Date someone who will let you change the station in the car when they’re driving. Date someone who can make you smile when you would rather die. Date someone who makes your insides feel like you’ve just downed a bottle of vodka. Date someone who makes you better."

Friendly reminder this show was filmed in front of a live studio audience in one take.

And that all sitcom laugh tracks are taken from this show because the laughter was so sincere.

friendly reminder that this show was fuckin awesome

And most of the people who were recorded laughing are dead now. When you hear people laughing in sitcoms today, it’s the recorded laughter of dead people.

Well that escalated quickly

Summer Road Trip 2014…and to meet his family…eek!

So tomorrow afternoon I head to Georgia with my boyfriend, Andrew, to see where he’s from and meet his friends and family there.  It’s slightly terrifying but also excited because this is totally a move in the right direction for us.  He wants me to move with him in two years when he moves back to GA permanently, and I’ll consider this a preview of sorts as to what my life could be like.  He speaks so highly of his mother, that it has me a bit scared that I could never live up to that but she sounds like a fantastic woman.  We both are teachers so luckily, right off the bat there’s something to talk about.  We’ll be going out to dinner with his dad and I’ll be meeting his brothers and step sisters.  It’s all a little terrifying but it makes me kind of emotional to think that I mean so much to him that he’s going to drive 10+ hours in the car with me to take me to meet the people that mean the most to him in the world.  It shows that I mean a lot to him also and it feels wonderful to know that.
